Are we a Tree?
that grows and grows
four score years or more
save some sudden storm
Are we a branch?
that bulges and blooms
each year lest its fruit falls
Are we a root?
that reaches deep into Earth
judge not the Tree if it has no fruit
nor branch when the blossom is gone
If the root is strong then we are so
be like the tree, the branch, the root
grow strong, grow strong, grow strong
